To better understand your goals, timeline and budget, I provide an initial one hour “get to know one another” meeting free of charge. Together we decide if my services are a good fit for your needs.
If that’s a “YES”, I proceed with putting together an agreement which outlines deliverables and provides a cost estimate, hourly rate and timeline.
If everything is agreeable, I require a deposit before I begin work. The deposit will generally be 50% of the estimated cost for services, less for multi-phase projects.
As we move forward, I’ll provide rough drafts which I will then revise based on your feedback. Progress is dependent on getting feedback, and sometimes content, from you, so your availability and level of engagement is key to meeting timelines and to the project’s success.
If the project involves printed material, I’ll work with local printers to ensure the successful execution of your project. The printer bills you directly.
